Reason 20 to Quit Smoking....

Reason 20: There are Immediate Health Benefits the second you quit; Almost immediately, a person's circulation begins to improve and the level ofcarbon monoxide in the blood begins to decline. (Carbon monoxide, a colorless, odorless gas found in cigarette smoke, reduces the blood's ability to carry oxygen.) A person's pulse rate and blood pressure, which may be abnormally high while smoking, begin to return to normal. Within a few days of quitting, a person's sense of taste and smell return, and breathing becomes increasingly easier.

Today’s young generation is more addicted to smoking they feel that smoking gives the pleasure and relaxation; they feel it is the style of statement for them. However, they do not know the bad effects of smoking. They do not have a control over their smoking.
